  • Multi-hour, after-hours & outcall bookings require a deposit.

    I wish this wasn’t the case but unfortunately this is the result of some unkind people.

    Deposits go towards your total, and are non-refundable unless the date is cancelled by me.

    The deposit amount payable will vary depending on length of booking/travel time, but will usually be around 25-50% of the total amount payable.

  • Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow proper adjustments and respect for everyone’s time.

    Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee amounting to 50% of the booked session.

    No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the appointment without any prior notification will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.

    Rescheduling: Your deposit can be transferred once when rescheduling before 48hrs, after that a new deposit will be required to book again.

    Requests to reschedule within the 24-hour window are subject to availability and may be treated as a late cancellation, ensuring fairness and consistency.

    Exceptional Circumstances: I recognize that emergencies and unforeseen events do occur- I am very understanding. Please just let me know and we can figure it out
